Our Heart Smart project in partnership with Heart Research UK ran from February 2013 until January 2014 with the aim of improving heart health for our members and those close to them. We completed 12 Cookery Sessions, 6 Shopping Sessions, 10 Health Walks, 4 Heart MOT Sessions & 4 Heart Art Sessions, and our Heart Smart Cook Book which is now on sale for £8.00!
