A healthy lifestyle with Jigsaw

Jigsaw works in partnership with Special Olympics Bury to provide various sports sessions. Our aim is to continue to run  popular activities and develop any new sports, upon members’ request. We also participate in local, regional and national sporting competitions, if funding can be secured.

Did you know Jigsaw has successfully achieved the Boccia Boost 'Bronze' accreditation status from Boccia England by providing a safe place to play Boccia.

Jigsaw currently has 3 Boccia Teams in the National North West Boccia England League. Our teams include:

 

• Jigsaw Warriors

• Bury Jigsaw

• Bury Tigers

The Bury Aces qualified to the National Boccia League Finals that took place at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre on 30th June 2018.

 

Jigsaw were the first sports club in Greater Manchester to receive the English Federation of Disability Sport (EFDS) Clubmark. We have Boccia England Accreditation.

 

Save the date for the National Boccia League Finals! The National Boccia League Finals are due to take place on Saturday 11th July 2020 at David Ross Sports Village in Nottingham. The top team from each league will qualify, there will be no play off matches this season. Qualifiers will be confirmed by Boccia England.
