Located in Cumbria, Bendrigg Trust Outdoor Residential Centre is a residential activity centre specialising in high quality activities for disabled people. Bendrigg Trust provides a wide range of adventure activities, led by highly qualified and experienced Tutors, for all ages and abilities. Outstanding indoor facilities compliment their beautiful outdoor venues and provide opportunities for active participation in all weather conditions.
Jigsaw stayed in Acorn House at Bendrigg Trust for 2 nights from Friday 11th to Sunday 13th November 2022. 19 Jigsaw Members attended, along with 4 Jigsaw Group Leaders, and 2 PA’s.

Bendrigg Trust specialises in delivering high quality courses for disabled and disadvantaged people, promoting inclusion, encouraging independence, and building self-confidence through the safe provision of adventurous activities. Jigsaw members participated in the following activities: Campfire, Sensory Room, Indoor Caving, Orienteering, Climbing & Abseiling, Cycling, Disco, Zip Wire, Tube Slide and Archery.
The trip included transport, food, accommodation, insurance, and a fully staffed programme of indoor & outdoor adventurous activities for the full weekend.
