Jigsaw Link will be delivering 6 ‘have a go’ sessions once a month on a Tuesday afternoon funded by Ambition for Ageing. This will fall within the remit of our Older People’s Active Living Programme as we endeavour to reduce loneliness and social isolation. The sessions are designed to encourage attendees to meet new people and try new activities. The 6 ‘have a go’ sessions will include: Chair Based Exercises, Flower Arranging, Yoga/Pilates, Quiz & Bingo, Boccia, and Arts & Crafts
